Students who want to apply for OD before convocation must apply for OD and pay a fee of Rs. 3,500. For this, you will need the following documents:

• Provisional Certificate (PC) number
• Address for communication
• Passport size photo
• A scanned copy of PC
• College and Student Details

The Registration process for the Original Degree from JNTU Hyderabad in XII Convocation is through online mode only.

JNTUH OD Apply Procedure

Step 1: Scan your documents

Before you start the application process, scan your PC certificate in 200-300KB JPG format and your passport-size photo in 50KB JPG format.

Step 2: Visit the JNTU Student Services portal

Visit the JNTU Student Services portal at https://studentservices.jntuh.ac.in/.

Step 3: Login or create an account

If you have an account, login directly. If you don’t have an account, click “Register Me” to create one. Now enter your details such as personal, contact details and Hall ticket number, now click on submit, now you will be redirected to the login page again.

Step 4: Verify your contact details

Now enter your username which is your hall ticket number and password which is sent to your contact details. Once you have logged in, verify your mobile number and email ID.

Step 5: Apply for OD

After successful activation of the Account, Click on “Online Services” and then select “Original Degree”.

Step 6: Fill in the application form

Check your details and enter your PC number and address for delivery. Upload the scanned documents you prepared in Step 1.

Step 7: Pay the fee

The fee for pre-convocation OD is Rs. 3,500. You can pay the fee online using a credit/debit card or net banking or Twallet.

Step 8: Download the acknowledgement

Once you have paid the fee, download and save the acknowledgement for future reference.
