TS Pre-Matric Scholarship
ePASS Department started Pre-Matric Scholarship in Telangana, for students who are doing 9 or 10 Class in any listed Government School. This Scheme is to provide financial help to needy people. ePASS (Electronic Payments & Application System of Scholarships) Department provide numerous scholarships to students in Telangana. SC/ST/BC/PWD Students can now apply for Pre-Matric Scholarship Telangana.
Eligibility
To apply for the Pre-Matric Scholarship in Telangana, students must satisfy the following conditions.
- Student must be a Telangana resident.
- Student must be in Classes 9 or 10.
- Family annual income not more than 2 lakhs.
- Candidate should belong to SC/ST/BC/PWD.

Apply Process of Telangana Pre-Matric Scholarship
Remember that the TS Pre-Matric Scholarship is available only online. There is no offline procedure.
Before starting the application, scan the following documents:

Apply Process:
- Visit the official ePASS portal.
- Below is an option called Pre-Matric Scholarship. Click on it to start the application.
- Now you can see the Registration option. Click to continue.
- Here, your main application begins.
- In the application, you can see 7 sections: Student Particulars, School Particulars, Bank Details, Address, Caste Certificate Details, Income Details, and Upload.
- In the first section, enter your personal details, such as your name, relative’s name, religion, caste, and so on.
- In the second section, enter your school details. You can also check if your school is eligible for the Pre-Matric Scholarship.
- In the next section, enter your bank details correctly. Your scholarship will be credited to this bank account in the future. You can use either a personal bank account or a joint account with your parents.
- Fill in your address in the next section and continue. Remember, do not spend too much time on the application page, or you will be logged out.
- In the next section, enter your MeeSeva caste and income application numbers. All of your details will be fetched from the MeeSeva portal.
- In the final section, upload the required documents in JPG format. Your photo should be between 20 and 50 KB, and the remaining documents should be between 100 and 200 KB.
- Finally, preview your details, make any necessary changes, and click Submit.
- After submitting, you will be given the option to print your application. Take a printout for future reference.

Process after Online Submission
Yes, after successfully submitting your TS Pre-Matric Scholarship application online, you need to take a printout of all the documents you used in the application process, along with your application number. You should also take photocopies of all the documents.
Once you have the printouts and photocopies, you need to visit your school and submit the documents to the scholarship officer. After submission of documents at school remaining process as follows:
Application verification: Your application will be verified at the school/institute level first. If there are any discrepancies, you will be notified, then you have solve the issue.
District level verification: Once your application is verified at the school/institute level, it will be forwarded to the district level authority for verification.
State level verification: Once your application is verified at the district level, it will be forwarded to the state level authority for verification.
Scholarship release: If your application is approved at all three levels, the scholarship amount will be released to your bank account. It almost takes 6 months, or more, your scholarship will credit at the end of the class.

TS Pre-Matric scholarship renewal process is very simple and can be done in very few steps.
- Visit the ePASS portal.
- Select the Pre-Matric option and continue.
